Issue: Webex Meeting icon no longer works in Outlook on the Mac version 16.23 and higher.

You do need to delete from the Mac the old Webex Meeting application. Go to Finder, type in Application find Webex folder and click on uninstall Webex Meetings. Click restart when that is done then go download Webex Meetings application from .. (we are working on getting this download on our installation directions).

Select Webex Meeting and follow the installation steps.

When you get prompted to add your primary email, do so and follow the login prompts.

Microsoft Outlook for Mac 16.23 and Later Incompatibility

Webex Plugin In Outlook Disappears

Due to a Microsoft Outlook for Mac code change, the current Mac Outlook plug-in for the Webex Desktop Application and Productivity Tools does not work with Outlook 16.23 and later versions for Mac. The Cisco team is actively working with Microsoft to address this issue, Cisco advises customers to stay on an earlier version until this issue is addressed.
Once the newer version of Outlook is installed, there is no known way at this time to uninstall and revert back to an older version.
If running Outlook 16.23 or later, one may get an error message when launching Outlook with the latest Desktop version installed.
